About Us

Concepts of something like a 'Quill of Writers' emerged in 2018 in the mind of Redi(Yours' Sincerely), a middle school student. He made a blog in WordPress namely 'My Inward Eye' for posting his own works. He showed this to his friends namely Monsieur Macabre, Riemann and The Alienist. Suddenly he thought of an idea. He told his friends that they can submit their works too. 

However 'My Inward Eye' did not go very far. The posts were infrequent. Not many people saw them and even if they did, it was impossible to find out. There were many other disadvantages. WordPress did not allow much decoration to make it appealing to the eye. Redi had opened it with his personal mail. A need for a new website in a new platform was felt by Redi. However studies commenced and this idea was moved to the back of the mind.

The Blog was almost dead for two years until COVID-19 Lockdown started in 2020. Redi revived 'My Inward Eye' in June 2020. This time he received a lot of cooperation especially from Macabre. A few posts were made. However the disadvantages still remained. Redi knew about Blogger, a platform by Google for making blogs which was much more advantageous than WordPress. In 17 June 2020, the official email and the website 'Quill of Writers' was launched by Redi and named by Macabre.

In due course, QoW was joined by the old group: The Alienist and Riemann and a host of other amazing and talented members like Nemo, Anonymous, R.Escreva and Anastasius.

The motto of 'QoW' is 'We Write. All about our creativity'. We don't put any restrictions to any form of writing. If our generation needs something it's proper expression of words and thoughts. To uphold it to the rest of the world. This is our motto and it will be until the eventful future. This is our growing phase. And it's the most important phase of a page which determines its future. Please help us grow.
