Hopeful

Even after facing the worst

To a point when others think life's cursed

He sleeps with teardrops in his eye 

However, he does not ever complain why 

He cries himself to sleep every night 

He doesn't criticize whether destiny is wrong or right 

He moves on because its the wisest thing to do 

Tries his best to face what's new 

He is devoid of anger, full of calm 

Even though his brain feels cold and numb

He is in a dilemma and confusion 

He wishes to, but he cannot run 

He feels sometimes that he is done with life 

He wants to end all grief 

In the end, however, he is hopeful

Even at the end of his rope.

Even in the darkest hour, 

He does not let dark thoughts overpower. 

He keeps his mind full of positivity 

He dares to keep faith in humanity 

He keeps full faith in the Spirit Almighty 

And I am with him, I hope that too, 

Now the question is 'Do you?'
